About The Position

Adena Fairfield Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a growing Ob/Gyn clinic in Lancaster, Ohio. The role primarily conducts gynecology visits in an outpatient clinic and provides Ob/Gyn and women’s health care, including annual exams and contraceptive counseling and insertion, including IUD insertion and removal and birth-control options such as Nexplanon. The position is part of the multi-specialty Adena Medical Group and works in a collaborative, fast-paced, positive atmosphere. The ideal candidate is independent while comfortable collaborating with physicians, kind, a team player, interested in learning, and coachable. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; there is no call. The team includes three physicians (two MDs and one DO), one NP, and clinic staff. The position is full-time and employed. The posting offers a signing bonus of $10,000 (up to $30,000 depending on experience), a $15,000 relocation benefit, and public student loan forgiveness. The qualified EMR is Epic.
