Seeking a Nurse Manager for the 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit at Baptist Health Floyd. This is a full-time (40 hours weekly) position during the day and is benefit eligible. The Nurse Manager is responsible for organizing and supervising department staff, programs, budgets, schedules, payroll, and equipment. They will provide leadership through communication, relationship-building, a strong understanding of the healthcare environment, and business skills. The Nurse Manager acts as an extension of the Director, implementing hospital policies, procedures, and standards within their managed unit. The Innovation Unit (3AC) is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new hospital initiatives, caring for a wide range of medical diagnoses and conditions. It's an excellent opportunity for new graduate LPNs and RNs to begin their careers, supported by experienced nurses.
