About The Position
Centurion provides comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections and is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join the team at Northeast Correctional Center in Bowling Green, Missouri. Working under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment, the Nurse Practitioner assists with healthcare delivery and patient care management. The role includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and managing medications. The available schedule is either Monday through Friday in five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts. This is a day-shift position with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays. A $5,000 retention bonus is offered.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Missouri APRN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to pass background screening and credentialing.
Responsibilities
