About The Position

This position plays a key role in coordinating complex research and clinical trial activities, ensuring projects are well planned, governed, and delivered in line with agreed protocols, standards, and timeframes. The role supports high-quality project delivery across research activities that underpin mental health and parenting program outcomes. The Project Coordinator provides comprehensive project support, including assisting with project scoping and planning, coordinating deliverables, monitoring progress, and preparing reports, briefings, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and committees. The role also contributes to meetings and governance processes, supports supervision and guidance of staff where required, and acts as a key liaison point for project matters, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration across the research team and partners.

Requirements

  • Psychology degree or a relevant field.
  • Experience in clinical trial or project coordination, or equivalent experience in mental health or digital intervention research.
  • Strong capability in coordinating complex clinical trials.
  • Experience working with web-based systems and programmers.
  • Experience using research tools such as REDCap.
  • Present valid and current Australian work rights.
