About The Position

Requirements

• Psychology degree or a relevant field.
• Experience in clinical trial or project coordination, or equivalent experience in mental health or digital intervention research.
• Strong capability in coordinating complex clinical trials.
• Experience working with web-based systems and programmers.
• Experience using research tools such as REDCap.
• Present valid and current Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating complex research and clinical trial activities.
• Ensuring projects are well planned, governed, and delivered in line with agreed protocols, standards, and timeframes.
• Supporting high-quality project delivery across research activities that underpin mental health and parenting program outcomes.
• Providing comprehensive project support, including assisting with project scoping and planning, coordinating deliverables, monitoring progress, and preparing reports, briefings, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and committees.
• Contributing to meetings and governance processes.
• Supporting supervision and guidance of staff where required.
• Acting as a key liaison point for project matters, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration across the research team and partners.
