About The Position
We are hiring an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for our East Houston area client. We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee to join our client’s team! This role involves the maintenance of machinery, forklifts, and overhead cranes, including emergency repairs during production. The position also includes managing and performing preventative maintenance on all production equipment and machines. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, as well as light electrical troubleshooting and repair of motors, sensors, and machine wiring.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Must have strong electrical skills, including PCL and motor controls, and have the ability to read electrical drawings.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of machinery, forklifts and overhead cranes, including emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
- Manage and perform preventative maintenance of all production equipment and machines.
- Performs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines, forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Light electrical troubleshooting and repair to include motors, sensors, and light machine wiring.
