About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience.
• 1+ years experience formally or informally leading people, projects and/or programs for entry to this level.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and/or implements functional business plans and technical project objectives to meet the short- and long- term goals of the organization.
• Manages Manufacturing Engineers engaged in analyzing and changing production/manufacturing methods, processes, products and applications to improve product/process quality, performance and profitability.
• Manages capacity planning, including review of assets (people, equipment, space) and planning roadmaps.
• Leads new product introduction (NPI) activities in coordination with R&D to ensure manufacturability and conformance with the global supply chain.
• May manage the global supply chain for the organization.
• May be responsible for managing integration of new products into manufacturing environment at a different Agilent location.
