Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business objectives
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise
• Create and adjust employee schedules to meet business needs and labor targets
• Handle cash management procedures and maintain accurate financial records
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization
• Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies for improving store performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations
