About The Position

Requirements

• Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) or equivalent extensive optical experience
• Significant management experience, ideally with several years in an eye care leadership role
• Demonstrated professionalism, exceptional communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, upscale environment
• Willingness to travel between locations as required

Nice To Haves

• Background in private practice strongly preferred
• Experience working in an optical lab is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a sophisticated optical department, ensuring a five-star patient experience
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of optical professionals to achieve the highest standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and lab processes for lenses and frames
• Uphold and model a business professional dress code and polished demeanor
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to support office goals and foster a culture of excellence
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Provide coverage across multiple office locations as needed
