Responsibilities

• Promote Charlotte Tilbury products and create makeup experiences in store while representing the brand’s ethos, products, and image.
• Achieve event sales goals and sales-per-hour targets.
• Build brand awareness by sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
• Lead by example in delivering the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues and maintain open, positive communication, professionalism, and creativity.
• Keep the counter or gondola customer-ready from opening to closing.
• Maintain counter hygiene by cleaning display units, tools, and testers throughout the day.
• Help maintain inventory levels, including stock counts, rotation, and timely replenishment.
• Assist with visual merchandising, new-launch displays, and collateral placement in communication with the Sales and Artistry Executive.
• Assist in executing events.
• Communicate counter or gondola needs and concerns to the brand field team.
• Manage the work schedule, clock in and out, and submit timesheets through the Allwork payroll application.
