About The Position

The Retail Makeup Artist promotes and creates makeup experiences in store while representing Charlotte Tilbury’s five P’s: Professional, Proactive, Passionate, Prescriptive and Potential. Working as part of an elite team, the artist drives business by delivering the brand’s makeup artistry techniques and service, reflecting its values and customer base, and achieving sales targets through exceptional, personalized customer experiences. The role shares Charlotte Tilbury’s philosophy of artistry made easy and builds customer enthusiasm for the brand. The position is based at 19575 Biscayne Blvd Ste 1471, Aventura, FL 33180. The artist works with the Boutique Manager and store retail colleagues, supporting sales, customer service, events, teamwork, store operations, visual merchandising, inventory, and store standards. This is a part-time role paying $20–$26 per hour plus commission.

Requirements

Spanish-speaking ability is required.
A strong artistry portfolio.
Proven track record of strong sales performance.
Experience managing, developing, and coaching.
Ability to work quickly and accurately in time-pressured conditions.

Nice To Haves

Portuguese and/or Russian speaking ability.

Responsibilities

Strive to achieve and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs, including Average Unit Sales and Items Per Transaction.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve and exceed team and counter goals.
Build brand awareness by sharing and demonstrating product knowledge, and introduce new product launches.
Seat customers for makeup services and consistently promote the Tilbury Touch.
Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within Company guidelines.
Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer queries using sound judgment, and seek positive outcomes.
Extend customer service beyond the store through makeup applications, CharlotteTilbury.com, and use of the store’s client database to build relationships and retention, in line with Company guidelines.
Assist with events and work toward booking and sales goals.
Work cooperatively with colleagues, contribute constructive feedback to development plans, and support open, positive, professional, and creative communication.
Maintain punctuality and recognize and celebrate strong performance.
Keep the store customer-ready from opening to closing and maintain hygiene by cleaning display units, tools, and testers throughout the day.
Help maintain inventory through stock counts, rotation, and timely replenishment.
Follow cash-loss prevention procedures and security policies.
Implement visual merchandising, new-launch displays, and collateral placement as directed by management.
Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time, and raise operational issues promptly.
Develop respectful, cooperative relationships with store retail colleagues; maintain store standards and policies; and suggest collaborative sales opportunities.
