About The Position

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a part-time Retail Makeup Artist for its Aventura store at 19575 Biscayne Blvd Ste 1471, Aventura, FL 33180. The role promotes and creates makeup experiences in store, representing the brand’s five P’s: Professional, Proactive, Passionate, Prescriptive and Potential. As part of an elite team, the Makeup Artist drives store business through Charlotte Tilbury makeup artistry and service, helps achieve sales targets, and provides customers with a personalized shopping experience that reflects the brand’s artistry-made-easy philosophy. The position combines sales, makeup services, customer care, teamwork and store operations. The Makeup Artist works with store colleagues and the management team to maintain standards, support events, build customer relationships and keep the store ready for customers. The role reports directly to the Boutique Manager.

Requirements

A strong makeup artistry portfolio.
Spanish-speaking ability is required.
Proven track record of strong sales performance.

Nice To Haves

Portuguese and/or Russian language ability.
Experience leading events and masterclasses.
Experience managing, developing and coaching.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed personal sales goals and key performance indicators, including Average Unit Sales and Items Per Transaction.
Work collaboratively to achieve team and counter goals.
Build brand awareness by sharing product knowledge and introducing new product launches.
Seat customers for makeup services and deliver Charlotte Tilbury makeup artistry and personalized service.
Promote the Tilbury Touch and handle customer queries with sound judgment and positive outcomes.
Extend customer service beyond the store, including through makeup applications, CharlotteTilbury.com and the store’s client database to support customer retention.
Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
Assist with events and help meet booking and sales goals.
Maintain a positive, cooperative and professional approach with colleagues; contribute constructive feedback and support team development.
Maintain punctuality and timekeeping to support team efficiency.
Keep the store customer-ready and maintain hygiene, including cleaning display units, tools and testers throughout the day.
Help maintain inventory through stock counts, rotation and timely replenishment.
Follow cash loss prevention procedures and security policies.
Implement visual merchandising, new-launch displays and collateral placement as directed by management.
Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time, and raise operational issues for resolution.
Build cooperative, mutually respectful relationships with store retail colleagues and suggest opportunities to drive sales.
Maintain store standards and policies, and contribute to open communication, professionalism, creativity and recognition of strong performance.
