About The Position

Anastasia Beverly Hills is seeking professional Retail Sales Support talent to represent the brand across Sephora and Ulta in the South NJ Market (ex. Mt. Laurel and Cherry Hill area). We are looking for candidates with strong cosmetics artistry experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to drive retail sales results.

Requirements

• Previous cosmetics artistry experience required
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve performance targets
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• High level of initiative, ownership, and accountability
• Ability to work across multiple retail locations as needed
• Must be available a minimum of 20 hours per month

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed retail sales goals for each shift
• Maintain advanced product knowledge and reinforce proper techniques through ongoing training
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail partners
