About The Position
Leading Manufacturer in Milford, CT seeking Multiple Packaging and Assembly Operators for 2nd & 3rd shift. Must be able to work overtime as needed and train on 1st shift. Starting pay is $25.74/hr with opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- 2 years prior experience in the manufacturing field or machine operating
- Ability to read, write, and document
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working with assembly/ assembly machine's preferred
Responsibilities
- Loading raw materials into automated packaging machines and performing quality inspections
- Troubleshooting machines as necessary to resolve quality and operating deficiencies
- Perform quality inspections on in-process and finished product per written instructions
- Implement continuous improvement modifications as required
- Overtime and weekend work, as needed, and be shift-flexible
