About The Position

Accelevation is hiring a Machine Operator to set up, operate, and monitor machinery that cuts and shapes metal components for remote power panels. The role converts steel into precision components that support reliable power distribution for data centers, preparing parts to exact specifications for downstream assembly. Operators handle large-format metal sheets, inspect parts against technical drawings, stage finished components, maintain equipment, and document production activity in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Requirements

Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment.
Comfort lifting heavy material and working with hands.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new things.

Nice To Haves

Prior machine operator experience, particularly with S4, P4, or Press Brake machines, is preferred.
Experience with Salvagnini machines.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor machines to cut and shape metal components for remote power panels.
Use industrial machinery to cut, form, and prepare materials to exact specifications for downstream assembly.
Safely load, unload, and position large-format metal sheets using forklifts or overhead cranes.
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures, verifying parts against technical drawings and data center power requirements.
De-tab, sort, and stage finished components by job number to support assembly operations and workflow continuity.
Conduct routine machine checks, including nozzle cleaning and lens inspection, and assist with gas cylinder changeouts.
Maintain precision and productivity to support manufacturing output and minimize downtime.
Record material usage, machine activity, and job completion to support inventory tracking and production planning.
