Responsibilities

• Filling out reports indicated in the work instructions and/or control plan.
• Performing measurements/inspections on the product according to the indicated frequency.
• Filling the racks and changing them as many times as the process requires during the shift.
• Operating the equipment in accordance with work instructions and following established parameters.
• Carrying out inspection and cleaning routines according to the established program.
• Palletizing the shift’s production for delivery to the annealing oven.
• Attending and participating in a variety of meetings and task force groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements and policies.
• Knowledge of chemical hazards, waste management procedures, and implementation of emergency response procedures.
• Performing other related duties as assigned to maintain work flow or respond to emergency conditions.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining work area in a clean and orderly condition in accordance with 5S standards.
• Performing all duties within limitation of the standard methods and procedures, and in accordance with strict adherence to HSE, quality and productivity requirements.
• Wearing all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
