About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce precision trauma device components, including screws and TFNA nails.
• Set up, operate, and maintain assigned manufacturing and production equipment.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and identify concerns before they affect production.
• Conduct gauge inspections and verify equipment remains within calibration requirements.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications.
• Work with production and leadership teams to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
