About The Position

Phoenix is seeking LPNs and RNs to provide attentive, individualized care to pediatric and young adult patients in their own homes. This one-on-one nursing role allows nurses to focus on one patient at a time, build meaningful relationships, and make a lasting difference for the patient and their family. The role involves providing skilled, compassionate care, becoming a trusted part of the patient's support system, celebrating milestones, and offering reassurance on difficult days.

Requirements

  • Current and active LPN or RN license
  • Passion for patient-centered care

  • Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – training provided
