The District Loss Prevention Manager (DLPM) is an integral part of a fast-growing, constantly evolving environment that partners with Store Operations to ensure the best experience for customers. This role requires proven leadership, people development, and a focus on encouraging partnerships. The DLPM addresses complex Loss Prevention scenarios by building strong partnerships with store and senior regional leadership, as well as law enforcement agencies. They are responsible for establishing LP policies and procedures to ensure profitability while keeping customer experience in mind. Successful DLPMs are expected to bring a servant leader mentality, a hands-on approach to team development, and an open mind to look at things differently.
