About The Position

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited LVN school with a current LVN license issued by the State of California is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office environment.
• IV Certification required
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with staff scheduling preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior experience with scheduling software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of the Staffing department.
• Responsible for scheduling employees to ensure sufficient staff coverage for all shifts within the primary care clinics.
• Performs various supervisory duties requiring excellent organizational and management skills.
• Reviews applicants’ resumes, identifies qualified applicants, conducts interviews, and retains valuable employees.
