Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) FT Weekend Days | Denver LTACH
About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) for its Baylor Program at a Denver LTACH. This is a full-time opportunity requiring 36 weekend hours in 12-hour shifts, with pay for a standard 40-hour work week. The hourly rate is $30–$40, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $4.50 per hour in shift differentials. The LVN/LPN provides appropriate nursing care as directed by an RN on the nursing unit. Care is delivered in an age- and population-appropriate manner and in accordance with PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines. The position is part of a collaborative care environment, with opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if the state participates.
- Current BLS certification; certification must be AHA-approved within 90 days of employment.
- Current IV certification within 90 days of employment if required by state regulations.

- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide appropriate nursing care as directed by an RN on the nursing unit.
- Gather and report data.
- Carry out orders.
- Perform therapeutic procedures on patients in an age- and population-appropriate manner and in accordance with PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines.
