Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - PRN
About The Position
St. Francis Healthcare Center is seeking PRN Licensed Vocational Nurses to provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in a post-acute and skilled nursing environment. The role involves monitoring resident conditions, administering medications and treatments as ordered, documenting care, and collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality outcomes and resident safety. Nurses also communicate clearly during shift reports and throughout the care team. Shifts are available in the AM, PM, and NOC. The position offers flexible scheduling and a supportive, collaborative nursing team.
Requirements
- Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
