Area Field Supervisor

About The Position
The Area Field Supervisor is responsible for ensuring adequate personnel coverage, managing and training guards, conducting interviews, and serving as a liaison between Falken Operations, clients, and guards. This role involves scheduling, performance reviews, policy enforcement, and administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain required secret clearance level.
Responsibilities
- Schedule personnel to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Work a minimum of 32 hours per week on-site.
- Minimize non-billable overtime by scheduling efficiently.
- Cover shifts as needed for call-outs, emergencies, or shortages.
- Oversee Site Supervisors and provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to assigned guards.
- Conduct initial training for new personnel and coordinate badging when required.
- Perform all regular duties expected of a guard assigned to client facilities, when necessary.
- Conduct interviews for guard candidates and coordinate with HR on hiring decisions.
- Notify HR of potential staffing gaps or excess overtime.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews for assigned guards, counsel based on findings, and issue disciplinary action in accordance with company policy.
- Conduct random spot checks to ensure compliance with client and company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Falken Operations, clients, and the guards under your supervision.
- Attend on-site and virtual meetings as required.
- Maintain and update Falken-Client information and call lists.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure guards are properly uniformed and equipped.
- Report violations of company policy by assigned personnel and take corrective action per Falken Operations directives.
- Submit a weekly brief with important information (turnover, scheduled time off, concerns, etc).
