About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time therapists to provide therapy services in their Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role, you’ll conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with valuable community resources, all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), and/or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Active LICSW, LCSW, or LPC license in Texas or New Hampshire required
  • Proven experience in therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST or CST hours
  • Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages, but a minimum of ages 13+
  • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory

Nice To Haves

  • Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred
  • Group therapy experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor treatment plans
  • Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources
  • Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time
  • Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills, contributing to our commitment to high-quality care
