Licensed Therapist / Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
About The Position
Entune Behavioral Health is seeking independently licensed therapists or counselors (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join its growing team at its Glendale, Arizona location. The organization provides outpatient individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as other behavioral health services. The position is intended for a therapist who will provide high-quality care amid increasing demand for services. The company describes its environment as therapist-first, with structured clinical support, leadership guidance, dedicated marketing and referral teams to support caseload growth, and administrative assistance with billing, scheduling, marketing, and insurance. Therapists may use AI-assisted documentation software and can personalize their office; basic equipment and furnishings are supplied.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Active license in the state of Arizona.
- Independent clinical licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Knowledge of Microsoft software, especially the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical Supervision Authorization.
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
- Bilingual ability; a stipend is mentioned.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR), with AdvancedMD preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop ongoing treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including diagnoses, billing, assessments, progress notes, and other required records.
- Collaborate with an integrated care team to evaluate client needs and monitor clinical progress.
- Assess risk of harm to self or others and implement evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes.
- Refer clients to appropriate internal services and community resources.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
- Support and oversee associate-level clinicians as needed.
- Deliver evidence-based care aligned with best practices.
