Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking fully licensed therapists in the Greater Columbia, Missouri area who are passionate about patient care and committed to excellence. Licensed Therapists are an important part of the clinical team, providing outpatient mental healthcare to adults and/or children and adolescents. Care may be provided in person or through telemedicine. Therapists have autonomy over their caseload and can create their own schedule, supported by modern offices, digital tools, administrative support, and a collegial team. This is a W-2 position with compensation based on productivity and an annual cash bonus incentive.
Requirements
- Hold a full Missouri license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience working with adults and/or children and adolescents.
- Dependently licensed clinicians cannot be accommodated.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to patients in person and/or through telemedicine.
- Work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Manage a caseload with autonomy and create a work schedule.
