About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking licensed therapists in the Greater St. Louis, Missouri area who are passionate about patient care and committed to excellence. Therapists provide outpatient mental healthcare to adults and/or children and adolescents, with in-person and telemedicine options. The role offers a hybrid arrangement, with remote/telehealth options available after training, and therapists have autonomy to create their schedules and manage their caseloads. This is a W-2 position with administrative support and access to modern offices and digital tools.
Requirements
- Hold a full, active Missouri license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Dependently licensed clinicians cannot be accommodated.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to patients.
- Work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Manage a caseload and create a work schedule.
