About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking fully licensed therapists in the Greater St. Peters, Missouri area who are passionate about patient care and committed to excellence. Therapists provide outpatient mental healthcare to adult and/or child and adolescent populations, with the option to provide care in person and through telemedicine. The position offers flexible scheduling, autonomy over caseloads, digital tools, modern offices, administrative support, and a collegial team. This is a W-2 position with a productivity-based compensation model and no stated compensation cap.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in Missouri as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Dependently licensed clinicians cannot be accommodated at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental healthcare to patients.
• Work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Provide care in person and/or through telemedicine.
