Licensed Therapist / Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
About The Position
Entune Behavioral Health is seeking an independently licensed therapist or counselor (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join its growing outpatient team at the Glendale, Arizona location. The organization provides individual, couples, and family therapy, along with a range of behavioral health services across Arizona, and describes its workplace as a therapist-first environment focused on supporting high-quality client care. The role includes providing therapy and assessments, planning and monitoring treatment, maintaining clinical records, coordinating with an integrated care team, evaluating safety risks, connecting clients with services, and supporting associate-level clinicians as needed. Administrative support is provided for billing, scheduling, marketing, and insurance. The organization also offers optional AI-assisted documentation, basic office equipment and furnishings, clinical support, and marketing and referral support to help build a caseload.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Active license in the state of Arizona.
- Independent licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Knowledge of Microsoft software, especially the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical Supervision Authorization.
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop ongoing treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including diagnoses, billing records, assessments, progress notes, and other required records.
- Collaborate with an integrated care team to evaluate client needs and monitor clinical progress.
- Assess risk of harm to clients or others and implement evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes.
- Refer clients to appropriate internal services and community resources.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and ethical standards.
- Support and oversee associate-level clinicians as needed.
- Deliver evidence-based care aligned with best practices.
