About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking a fully licensed therapist to provide outpatient mental healthcare in the Greater Chesterfield, Missouri area. The role offers a hybrid mix of telemedicine and in-person care, with flexible scheduling and autonomy over the clinician’s caseload. Therapists work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations as part of a clinical team, with modern offices, digital tools, and administrative support. The position is a W-2 role with compensation based on productivity, an annual cash bonus incentive, and a sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Must hold a full Missouri license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Dependently licensed clinicians cannot be accommodated.
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental healthcare to patients.

• Provide care through telemedicine and in-person appointments in a hybrid role.
