About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a fully licensed therapist to join its clinical team in the Greater Washington, Missouri area. The therapist provides outpatient mental healthcare to adults and/or children and adolescents, in person and through telemedicine. This is a hybrid role with flexible scheduling and autonomy over the clinician’s caseload. The position includes administrative support and modern offices with digital tools. Compensation is based on productivity, with a stated range of $80,000–$101,000 per year and an annual cash bonus incentive; a sign-on bonus is also offered.
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed in Missouri as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience working with adults and/or children and adolescents.
- Dependently licensed clinicians cannot be accommodated.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Deliver care through in-person visits and telemedicine.
- Manage a caseload with autonomy and create a flexible schedule.
