About The Position

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience across investment banking, accounting, strategy consulting, corporate finance or corporate development.
• At least 1–2 years of sell-side investment banking experience, with hands-on experience executing an M&A process.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior bankers, clients and other counterparties.
• SIE, Series 79 and Series 63 licenses, or ability to complete required examinations shortly after joining.

Nice To Haves

• Consumer sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day M&A and capital-raising processes.
• Build and review financial models, valuation analyses and other transaction-related analyses.
• Develop and review pitch books, confidential information memoranda and other investor materials.
• Participate in client meetings and transaction discussions, including preparation and follow-up.
• Research and evaluate potential buyers and investors and support outreach.
• Support new business efforts through company and sector research and pitch development.
• Direct and review Analysts' work and ensure consistently high-quality work product.
