Peraton is seeking Summer 2027 Interns to become a part of our hands-on and multi-faceted intern program at various Peraton sites, predominantly in the Northern Virginia/ Washington DC metro area. Depending on the program and given the current workforce climate, the summer internship may be able to be supported remotely. This is a pipeline position intended to collect applications from candidates interested in future Summer 2027 internship opportunities. No hires will be made directly against this requisition. Applications will be reviewed as specific internship needs are identified across Peraton programs and teams. Our intern program places an emphasis on developing the next generation’s workforce; designed to provide college students with the opportunity to learn about Peraton, gain meaningful real world work experience in a professional environment, and work on programs that enable missions of national importance. As part of our internship curriculum we provide the opportunity for each intern to interact with various branches of the company. This includes attending brown bag sessions with our executive leadership team, joining developmental learning lessons, and participating in team-building activities with mentors and fellow interns. Under direct supervision, our interns perform various hands-on tasks and assignments for the organization's professional staff in disciplines such as Engineering, Software Development, Database Management, Security Threat Analysis, Human Resources, Marketing, and Finance.
