About The Position

The Market Intelligence Analyst conducts analytical research and provides data-driven insights that support strategic marketing initiatives. The role contributes to intelligence projects while building expertise in business analysis and market research methodologies, strengthening the overall intelligence function.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
  • Undergraduate degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in analysis, research, or related function

Responsibilities

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of market data, trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings
  • Conduct industry research and compile competitive landscapes
  • Support survey design, data collection, and analysis activities
  • Monitor industry publications, news, and data sources for relevant insights
  • Build and maintain databases of market information and competitive intelligence
  • Conduct company and market research to support business development
  • Analyze industry trends and competitive activity within architecture, design, and construction
  • Prepare regular intelligence briefings and market updates
  • Support development of thought leadership content emerging from events
  • Create and maintain standardized reporting templates and processes
  • Support senior team members in client-facing activities
  • Research clients, prospects, and markets to support pursuits and growth strategies
  • Build and maintain client, market, and competitor profiles
  • Create dashboards, reports, and briefings for leadership and pursuit teams
  • Contribute to special initiatives including M&A research and Metro & Main expansion
  • Assist with complex analytical projects under senior guidance
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice development
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and collaborative initiatives
  • Support quality assurance processes for data and analytical outputs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of intelligence processes and tools
  • Support proposal development and positioning
