About The Position
Semper Solaris is seeking a driven Inside Sales professional to join their team. This role involves working with qualified, confirmed company leads and also requires outbound calling (warm lists) and self-generated leads. The company is a leader in Solar, Battery Storage, Roofing, HVAC, Windows & Doors, whole Home Fans and other Home Energy Efficiency services with locations throughout California, Texas, Arizona, Florida, and beyond. They are looking for hungry, competitive individuals ready to close and fuel expansion.
Requirements
- At least two (2) years of inside solar sales experience (required).
- Ability to work onsite at our El Cajon, CA location.
- Proven track record in inside sales, outbound calling, or phone-based closing.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage inbound leads and create outbound opportunities.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
- Strong typing skills to keep up with CRM notes and customer follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Work with qualified, confirmed company leads.
- Create new opportunities through outbound calling (warm lists).
- Generate self-generated leads.
- Manage inbound leads.
- Utilize CRM systems for notes and customer follow-up.
- Perform outbound calling.
