They will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, tools, and workstations, improving equipment optimization and reliability, and maintaining detailed logs of labor, materials, and equipment used. Effective communication with team members and management regarding equipment deficiencies is essential. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and participation in various improvement projects like Breakdown Analysis and 5S. Ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations is also a key responsibility, along with performing other assigned duties.
