Requirements

  • Experience in managing Major / High‑severity production incidents (P1/P2)
  • Act as the Incident Commander, driving triage, coordination, and resolution
  • Ensure accurate incident updates, ETAs, and stakeholder communication
  • Track incident trends, root cause patterns, and recurring issues
  • Maintain incident KPIs, MTTR, SLA adherence, and quality metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
