Requirements
- Completion of an accredited HVAC/R program resulting in a certificate of completion or diploma.
- HVAC Certification/License
- EPA Universal
- At least three years of experience as an HVAC/R Technician
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree is preferred but not required.
- HVAC Journeyman not required, but is desired.
- NATE Certification is not required, but desired.
- Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Teach HVAC/R courses.
- Provide academic advising to students.
- Participate in department training, meetings, and graduation.
