About The Position
CenExel is a leading nationwide clinical research site and patient network, specializing in CNS and early phase studies. With 18 science-led Centers of Excellence, CenExel aims to deliver the right patients at the right time and place. Recently acquired by BayPine Capital Partners, the company's research sites provide medical and scientific support in the design and execution of clinical trials, leveraging world-class PIs, advanced patient engagement strategies, premium data analytics, and integrated operations. This position involves general housekeeping within the facility and occasional assistance to other departments and the facilities team as needed.
Requirements
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Skill in organization
- Ability to complete tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as functioning as part of a team
- Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally
- General knowledge of cleaning; products, supplies and techniques
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Responsibilities
- Floor maintenance (sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming, mopping, buffing, stripping & waxing, removal of scuff marks etc.)
- Trash collection/cardboard removal and breakdown
- Disinfection/Sanitizing
- Other general cleaning, e.g. dusting, cleaning bathrooms, windows, doors, common areas, etc.
- Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned
