About The Position

The Room Attendant (Housekeeper) is responsible for delivering clean, comfortable guest rooms that contribute to a welcoming guest experience. The role includes cleaning and servicing assigned rooms to brand and productivity standards, inspecting rooms, keeping linen carts and workspaces organized, updating room status, following safety and security procedures, and responding to guest needs. Candidates should be reliable, organized, safety-focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team. The position requires physical activity throughout the shift and lifting up to 40 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.
Perform full room cleaning, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
Inspect rooms for quality and promptly report maintenance issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.
Update room status and complete required reports.
Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.
Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
