About The Position
Concord Hospitality is hiring a Housekeeper to clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely, organized manner and in accordance with hotel procedures and standards. The role includes maintaining an orderly, well-stocked linen cart; reporting room areas needing attention; safeguarding issued equipment, keys, and supplies; reporting lost-and-found items to a supervisor; and responding to guest requests in a friendly, timely manner. Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
- Keep the linen cart neat, organized, and well stocked.
- Report areas in guest rooms needing attention, including fixtures, door locks, televisions, and HVAC.
- Maintain the security of issued equipment, keys, and supplies.
- Report lost-and-found articles to a supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
