About The Position

Concord Hospitality is hiring a Housekeeper to clean and service assigned guest rooms promptly and in an organized manner, following hotel procedures and standards. The role supports guest satisfaction by ensuring rooms are clean and responding to guest needs. Housekeepers also maintain an orderly, well-stocked linen cart, report room issues and lost-and-found items, and safeguard assigned equipment, keys, and supplies. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift or carry supplies or equipment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to safety, sanitation, and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely, organized manner and follow hotel procedures and standards.
• Keep the linen cart neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Report areas in guest rooms requiring attention, including fixtures, door locks, televisions, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain the security of assigned equipment, keys, and supplies.
• Report lost-and-found articles to a supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
