Common Oaks Lodging is hiring a Housekeeper to clean and service assigned guest rooms promptly and in an organized manner while following hotel procedures and standards. The role contributes to guest satisfaction and encourages guests to return by ensuring rooms are spotless and clean. Housekeepers also keep their linen carts neat and well stocked, report room areas needing attention, safeguard issued equipment and supplies, report lost-and-found items, and respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner. Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
- Keep the linen cart neat, organized, and well stocked.
- Report areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC.
- Maintain the security of issued equipment, keys, and supplies.
- Report lost-and-found articles to a supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
