About The Position
Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Full Time Cafeteria Aide for weekdays, working from 7a to 2:30p. This role is responsible for various tasks within the cafeteria, ensuring efficient operation and a clean environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend recipes and menus.
- Possess basic math skills and an ability to work with basic calculations and money.
- Must possess visual acuity for cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Operate cash register, make change and accurately reconcile daily receipts.
- Responsible for setting up and breaking down of all food areas.
- Maintain cafeteria seating and serving areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Follow sanitation guidelines as authorized by the DPH and Infection Control Policies and Procedures.
- Inform supervisor as to supply needs.
