Requirements
- Compassion, kindness, and respect for residents
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Reliability and attention to detail
- An interest in healthcare and helping others (no CNA license required!)
Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily comfort needs such as straightening rooms, delivering water, and helping with meals/snacks
- Transporting residents to meals, activities, or appointments
- Supporting staff with light administrative and housekeeping tasks
- Greeting and orienting residents and families during admissions
- Answering call lights promptly and communicating resident needs to nursing staff
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors
