Requirements

Understanding of infection control principles and practices.
Basic computer literacy to manage electronic health records and communication tools.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working in a healthcare or long-term care facility.
Additional training in infection prevention and control.
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and record vital signs accurately, reporting any abnormalities to nursing staff promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in resident rooms and common areas to promote a safe environment.
Support infection control measures by adhering to hygiene practices and using personal protective equipment appropriately.
Utilize basic computer skills to document resident information and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
