About The Position

Interim Healthcare is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one hospice care to patients in their homes. This is a PRN, per-visit position (not hourly) — ideal for CNAs looking for flexible scheduling, supplemental income, and meaningful patient care. Requirements

  • Active CNA certification (Tennessee)
  • CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required)
  • Experience in hospice, home health, or long-term care preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently in a home setting

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs):
  • Bathing
  • Dressing
  • Grooming
  • Toileting / incontinence care
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Provide compassionate support to patients and families
  • Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff
  • Complete accurate visit documentation
