About The Position

Requirements

• Advanced Unity knowledge (3+ years) including scripting in C#, UI systems, animation, particle systems, etc.
• Critical thinker and problem solver with a keen eye for identifying problems in workflows and processes and driving them to resolution.
• Previous experience and exposure to the game production process (as part of a game dev studio or otherwise).
• Skilled in identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing optimizations, with a strong focus on memory management, frame rate stability, and reducing load times.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong teamwork mindset.
• Good sense of gameplay experience and special attention to detail.
• Speak and write English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with analytics-driven development and A/B testing in live games would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Game Artists, Game Developers, Tech Engineers, Monetization Managers, and Data Analysts.
• Work closely with small teams of Unity Game Developers and Artists.
• Implement game logic and systems in C# using Unity.
• Adapt and work within an existing codebase, enhancing its functionality, stability, and performance.
• Provide guidance and share expertise.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
