About The Position

This is a remote freelance/contract consulting opportunity for experienced Game Developers to contribute technical expertise to advanced AI training and evaluation initiatives. The work combines practical game development, interactive testing, technical design, gameplay mechanics, and structured evaluation. Developers will design small-scale game projects and interactive scenes, create realistic gameplay debugging and feature implementation challenges, and produce reference solutions for evaluating AI agents. Prior experience with AI training projects is not required. Assignments may include building functional gameplay environments; implementing interactive components and game systems; introducing and investigating realistic bugs; developing gameplay features and fixes; creating and validating reference implementations; defining success criteria and test procedures; and conducting end-to-end playtesting. Deliverables include functional game projects, task specifications, reference solutions, test criteria, and technical documentation. The engagement is fully remote and pays an advertised rate of $25–$70 per hour, with output-based payment per completed task that meets project specifications. Task completion time varies, and minimum weekly task submission requirements apply. There are 20 available openings. Demonstrable game development work is central to candidate evaluation.
