About The Position
We’re searching for an entry-level Front Desk Receptionist to support a healthcare organization focused on delivering an excellent patient experience. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, helping with check-in, scheduling, and general questions. It’s a great opportunity for recent graduates who enjoy helping people, staying organized, and want to build a career in the healthcare field.

- Bachelor's degree
- Must reside in state of Missouri
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors with friendly, professional customer service
- Assist with check-in, appointments, and general questions
- Coordinate scheduling and communicate appointment details clearly
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain accurate records and update patient information
- Manage paperwork, forms, and administrative details
- Ensure patients receive clear information and follow-up instructions
- Support daily office operations to keep the front desk running smoothly
