About The Position

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, front desk or customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task on several tasks at once.
• Ability to resolve issues and handle unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome employees, visitors, and vendors warmly and professionally.
• Issue visitor passes and follow security protocols.
• Escort visitors to meet with employees, ensuring they reach their destination safely and efficiently.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about office services and amenities.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized, and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
• Provide event support as needed, including setup and coordination.
• Support and work with the security team to ensure safety and compliance.
• Offer general office front desk support, such as managing mail, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks.
